Directons

Our Institute is located on the Irchel-Campus of the University:map.search.ch.The Campus may easily be reached by public transportation. Take tram lines 7,9,10,14 or bus lines 69,72 to the stops Irchel or Milchbuck. Tram and bus are run by the VBZ. They offer plans and time tables on the the netVerkehrsbetriebe Zürich. Zurich may be reached by SBB CFF FFS Swiss Railways

Our Institute is in several buildings: The synthetic laboratories are mainly located in buildings 32 (floors E to J) and 11 (floor E). Our special labs and service labs are in the buildings 11 (floor E and G) and mainly in 12 (floor E). The offices of the professors are located in the connecting part between buildings 11 and 32.You may identify the buildings on the campus-map.

What the room numbering scheme means: If you were told to head for room Y11-F-13, this means that you should look for building 11, floor F, room number 13, Y stands for campus Irchel.
