I am a senior research fellow in the Institute of Organic Chemistry at the University of Zurich. My research interests are devoted to the structure elucidation of peptides or proteins of pharmacological relevance, especially of those binding to membranes. Moreover, we do research in the area of protein folding and glycolipids. A major emphasis at the moment is the structure of G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs). In that context I am supervising graduate and diploma students. In addition I am organizing the NMR service at the chemistry department of the University of Zurich.
